According to the resolution, publications disseminated by the Popular Party of Córdoba and a delegate of the Junta Government violate the Organic Law of the General Electoral Regime. These actions are considered an achievements campaign during an electoral period, thereby breaking the principles of neutrality, objectivity, and equality among political forces.
“"This resolution confirms the Popular Party's attempt to use the opening of the third emergency point at the Levante Sur health center as an electoral propaganda tool."
The coalition has described these practices as a "strategy based on political marketing," where the Andalusian Government attempts to present supposed advances while, in their view, deliberately concealing the real situation of public healthcare. The resolution highlights the "special relevance" of a message on the Popular Party of Córdoba's social media, which explicitly linked the opening of a public service with expressions of "political success" and a hashtag supporting a president.
The specific publication claimed that the health center was a "project that becomes a reality to continue improving the lives of the people of Córdoba," which the Electoral Board interpreted as a "direct allusion to management achievements with clear electoralist overtones aimed at mobilizing votes."
The coalition has criticized that, while these self-promotion campaigns are underway, citizens daily suffer the consequences of the "deterioration of the healthcare system," with health centers experiencing delays, collapsed emergency services, endless waiting lists, and evident chaos in managing tests and screenings.
Finally, the coalition has reiterated its commitment to defending "public, universal, and quality" healthcare, and warns that it will remain vigilant against any attempt at manipulation or electoral use of public resources.
