Public procurement represents a strategic opportunity for Cordoban companies, allowing them to diversify their business channels and strengthen their competitiveness. Successful access to tenders not only professionalizes management but also helps master the preparation of technical proposals and reduce the risks of administrative exclusion.
Aware of this need, the Provincial Institute for Economic Development (IPRODECO) has designed specific training. The itinerary, titled “Building Opportunities: The Technical Proposal Where Contracts Are Won (or Lost) and Documentation, Budget, and Submission,” aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to interpret tender documents, maximize their score, and avoid exclusion in bidding processes.
The training combines the flexibility of an online format with the effectiveness of an in-person applied work session. The online block, which will take place from 10 AM to 12 PM, includes workshops on October 27, 28, and 29 focusing on the technical proposal, covering tender document reading, building scoring proposals, and optimizing drafts. The instructor will be María José Luna Troya, a consultant and expert in technical proposals with over 15 years of experience.
The in-person block, scheduled for November 17 in the Plenary Hall of the Provincial Council of Córdoba, will focus on documentation, budgeting, and proposal submission. It will include networking sessions, an inauguration, and content on essential administrative documentation, coherence between budget and proposal, common errors, and best practices to avoid exclusion. The instructor will be Emilio Santa Cruz Sánchez, an expert in bidding strategy.
To facilitate the immediate application of learned material, participants who request tutoring and attend either the online workshops or the in-person session will have access to a platform with a repository of downloadable documents, templates, and infographics. This initiative is part of the IPRODECOforma 2026 program, aiming to improve the viability and success of companies in the province of Córdoba in the public procurement market.
