This initiative is part of the ‘Itinera – Proempleo VI’ project, funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and managed by Prodetur, an agency of the Provincial Council of Seville. The main objective is to improve employability and facilitate labor market access for participants through insertion pathways.
The training program comprises a total of 200 academic hours, delivered in morning sessions, and will continue until mid-November. Students will cover key content such as knowledge of specific equipment and machinery, work organization, daily routines, as well as modules on occupational risk prevention and career guidance.
The Local Development Agency of Gines emphasizes the continuation of these training actions, designed to boost the skills and employment opportunities for the town's unemployed population.
