The SE-30 will be completely closed in the direction of Mérida on Wednesday and Thursday nights in July, between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM, due to resurfacing works. Traffic will be diverted via the Nacional 630 and Avenida Carlos III.
These works, part of an initiative by the Spanish Government to improve the road network around Seville, have an investment of 6.4 million euros. The aim is to renew the road surface in several sections of the SE-30, A-66, and Nacional 630 as they pass through Seville, Camas, Santiponce, and Valencina de la Concepción.
The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility awarded these works, which will rehabilitate 10.5 kilometers of roads, in the spring of 2025. They are being carried out during the summer and at night to minimize traffic impact, given the lower vehicle density during these hours.
The specific affected sections include the SE-30 (km 17.6-22.45), the A-66 (km 808-810), and the N-630 (various sections between km 808.6 and 814.9), which surround Camas, Santiponce, and connect to the Cartuja island and Triana.
