The Expo Bajo Andarax, which has become a prominent event in the local calendar, will take place in the municipality's Central Park. The event's presentation was attended by Mayor Noelia Damián; the Councillor for Commerce, Rocío González; and the Provincial Deputy for Tourism, María José Herrada.

The extensive program of activities is designed for all audiences, including musicals, dance shows, fashion parades, and a Midday Fair. Deputy María José Herrada highlighted the collaboration of the Diputación and Sabores Almería, emphasizing the initiative's importance in enhancing the value of the province's food products.
The day on Saturday, April 11 will begin at 11:00 AM with the opening of the stands, followed by the official inauguration of the fair at 11:30 AM. Throughout the day, awards will be presented to the best local businesses in Bajo Andarax, along with training activities, flamenco workshops, and musical performances. The evening will culminate with concerts, a DJ contest, and a late-night session with DJ Zarpi.
On Sunday, April 12, the program will continue with the opening of stands at 11:00 AM and a fashion show at 12:00 PM, featuring local brands and a performance by Cristina Lao. At 2:00 PM, the Midday Fair will begin with DJ Cúper, followed by the award ceremony for contests, including the best tapa and best DJ. The event's closing is scheduled for 5:30 PM.
Throughout the weekend, attendees can enjoy tapas bars and a children's area in the Central Park parking lot, which will feature inflatable attractions and a play library service. Additionally, the organization has enabled a popular voting system via QR codes to select the most outstanding gastronomic and musical proposals.
The Expo Bajo Andarax is organized by the Benahadux City Council and collaborates with the Provincial Council of Almería, the Junta de Andalucía, the Mancomunidad del Bajo Andarax, L&A Eventos, and the city councils of Gádor, Huércal de Almería, Pechina, Rioja, Santa Fe de Mondújar, and Viator. The event is also sponsored by Two Manis, Andarax Digital, Pub Galeón, Nexa Drone, and Nuria González Belleza y Maquillaje.
