The municipality of Benahadux has taken a significant step towards the construction of its future multi-purpose sports pavilion, a facility highly sought after by residents, sports clubs, and users of municipal facilities. This initiative is part of the Pavilion Plan promoted by the Provincial Council of Almería, which aims to equip the municipality with a modern space dedicated to sports practice.
The mayor, Noelia Damián, visited the site designated for the future facility. During her visit, she held a working meeting with the team from Maldonado Arquitectos, as well as technicians from the Benahadux City Council and the Provincial Council of Almería. The mayor emphasized that "this project represents a very important step forward for Benahadux and excellent news for our residents", highlighting that "it is a highly anticipated infrastructure that will improve the municipality's sports services and continue to promote sports practice among people of all ages".
During the meeting, various technical aspects related to the design, planning, and coordination of the project drafting work were discussed. The objective is to expedite this action, considered strategic for the sporting and social development of Benahadux.
The new infrastructure will expand and improve the range of sports facilities available in Benahadux, responding to the current needs of the population and offering new spaces for sports practice, event organization, and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
With the commencement of the project's drafting, the municipality is progressing with the necessary procedures to make the new multi-purpose sports pavilion a reality in the coming years, establishing it as the most significant planned investment in sports for the town.
