The provincial body completed the processing of these grants in less than a week. The main objective is to cover the financial outlays that the local councils had to assume during the firefighting efforts and in the days following the incident.
The expenses covered by this funding line include the supply of water, food, and fuel for heavy machinery. It also includes repairs to damaged equipment, such as tires, and bonuses for the volunteer staff who participated in the support tasks.
The Council is also coordinating with the affected municipalities and the town of Antas to request state funds under the Civil Protection Decree. This measure seeks to finance the reconstruction of infrastructure and municipal services damaged by the fire, with co-financing from provincial resources.

Since the beginning of the event, the institution has maintained close collaboration with the Advanced Command Post. In addition, resources from the Development Area and family support teams, consisting of psychologists and social workers, have been mobilized to provide assistance to the affected residents.
