The weekly markets held on Wednesdays and Sundays at the fairgrounds in Baza will be relocated to the Avenida del Mediterráneo and the covered swimming pool parking lot, respectively. This measure is being taken to facilitate the installation of stalls and attractions for the September Fair and Festivals.
The Wednesday market on August 5th will already take place on the Avenida del Mediterráneo, where it will remain until Wednesday, September 23rd. On Wednesday, September 30th, it will return to its usual location.
Similarly, the second-hand market, known as “Rastro Baza,” which normally takes place on Sundays, will be held in the covered swimming pool parking lot starting Sunday, August 9th, until Sunday, September 27th. It will return to its original spot on Sunday, October 4th.
Residents are reminded of the parking restrictions that will occur in the indicated areas during market days, specifically from 00:15h to 17:00h. The entire population is also informed about the consequent traffic restrictions on streets occupied by stalls and adjacent areas.
