The Municipal Museum in Baza hosted the meeting, chaired by the Government's sub-delegate in Granada, José Antonio Montilla, and the mayor of Baza, Pedro J. Ramos. Representatives from the National Police, Civil Guard, Firefighters, Local Police, Civil Protection, 112, Emergency Group of Andalusia, Urgency AGS Nordeste of Granada, Health Center of Baza, Red Cross, and the councilors for Governance and Culture participated.
For the fairgrounds, a Guard Post will be set up at its usual location at the end of the old station platform, centralizing security forces and citizen assistance. The Red Cross will also make its facilities available, and volunteers and police will be present throughout the fairgrounds. Police presence will be reinforced on days and during events with expected high attendance.
Regarding the Cascamorras race, the Plaza de las Eras will host the Advanced Command Post. Cameras will be installed along the route, with an estimated attendance of 15,000 people. The security deployment will include seven ambulances strategically distributed. Access via the Cuesta del Francés will be prohibited and will serve as an exit route. Access to the starting point of the Cascamorras will require prior authorization and must be via the quarry area.
