The facilities of the Baza Local Police, situated on José de Mora Avenue, will no longer be affected by interruptions in the electricity supply. This measure aims to prevent problems arising from breakdowns or any other adverse circumstances that could cause a blackout.
The Department of Governance has been responsible for equipping the building with this powerful energy generator. Thanks to it, the entire electrical network of the property can continue to function without issues in case the usual supply is suspended.
The investment made by the City Council amounts to over 12,500 euros. This sum includes not only the generator itself but also all the circuits and installations necessary for its proper operation when the electricity flow stops. The control and monitoring panels have been installed in an interior room for added security.
“"With the arrival of this generator, we address one of the main needs of this headquarters and solve a significant problem in this service, which must always be prepared to provide the best attention to citizens."
The new equipment resolves one of the most serious inconveniences faced by the Local Police headquarters, whose operations were severely hampered whenever there was a power cut. The mayor of Baza has highlighted the various investments being made in the Local Police during the current legislature, with some pending improvements still to be completed in the coming months.
