After the end of the academic year, representatives from the University of Cadiz visited the facilities of the Real Club Nautico de Algeciras. The meeting aimed to review the current agreement and define work lines for the next term, establishing the sea as a space for learning and physical activity.
Over the past year, students have had access to various disciplines such as light sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and paddle surfing. This sports offer not only promotes healthy habits but also leverages the geographical potential of the Bay of Algeciras to complement students' practical training.
The agreement is based on a resource exchange between both entities. While students use the club's facilities for their practices, the Real Club Nautico de Algeciras utilizes nautical equipment provided by the university for its members, strengthening the connection between the academic institution and the port environment of the Campo de Gibraltar.
