The Supreme Court of The Rock has delivered a verdict against a 24-year-old Gibraltarian male, who pleaded guilty to charges including attempted grievous bodily harm and assault.
The conviction follows events that took place on Christmas Eve 2023. As part of the sentence, the convicted man is subject to an ongoing restraining order against the victim, designed to protect her, which will remain in effect until further judicial order.
