Since late June, the program, focused on drug addiction prevention, aims to prevent risky and antisocial behaviors in minors through recreational and leisure activities. The goal is to promote healthy habits and alternative behaviors to drug use, supporting the development of physical and mental skills.
As a transversal part of the program, outings have been organized for minors to discover the city's resources. Recently, they visited the Club Marítimo Linense, promoting sports, and participated in the "Conoce tu ciudad" (Know Your City) program, which allowed them to tour the most emblematic sites by train, in collaboration with the Tourism department.
The Social Affairs delegation has expressed gratitude to Tourism for their support, which has provided minors with a constructive leisure alternative, reinforcing their sense of belonging and knowledge of the municipality. During the activities, children discovered fun facts about the city's cultural and natural heritage.
These social and inclusive initiatives aim to bring minors closer to resources they typically have less access to. Deputy mayor Zuleica Molina thanked entities such as the Club Marítimo Linense, Asansull, and the Tourism department for their collaboration.
The program, co-financed by the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families, and Equality of the Junta de Andalucía, will run until December 15th of this year. To follow the activities, the account @ciudadeslalinea on Instagram and TikTok can be consulted.
