The initiative, starting at 8:00 PM, aims to expand the summer activity offerings for young people and families, promoting participation, coexistence, and healthy leisure during the summer in the municipality.
The Councilor for Youth, Festivals, and Traditions, Juan Bautista García, highlighted the municipal commitment to working with local sports clubs, such as CD La Rambla Femenino, the driving force behind the event, which will manage the bar and snack service.
The competition will be team-based, with up to six participants per team, who will face various challenges testing skill, balance, strength, speed, coordination, and teamwork, inspired by popular television formats. Challenges include Wipeout, Crazy Pole, Mechanical Bull "Manolete", Ball Catcher, Pass the Water, Foam, Move Your Cucú, and Dancing Chair, among others.
Registration will be open from July 16th to 29th at the Municipal Sports Center (CMD). Participants must be 14 years or older, with each team including at least one adult. The event will have health support to ensure the safety of all activities.
Attendees are advised to wear comfortable clothing, sports shoes, and swimwear, as several challenges will involve water and inflatable structures. The main requirement will be a desire to enjoy a unique experience.
Juan Bautista García encouraged all residents and visitors to participate or attend as spectators, promising a night of laughter, camaraderie, and fun that reflects the City Council's dedication to youth, sports, and healthy leisure.
