The Andújar Exhibition Hall was the venue for this significant event, which saw the attendance of prominent figures such as Francisco José Solano, Delegate for Educational Development, Vocational Training, University, Research, and Innovation; Francisco Carmona, Mayor of Andújar; and Javier Camello, Vice President of the Andújar Chamber of Commerce.
The fair's exhibition area featured 43 stands, where teachers and students from various educational centers in Jaén provided detailed information on the content and career prospects of their training cycles. Additionally, the fair included participation from key entities such as the Andújar Chamber of Commerce, Andalucía Emprende, the Training Department of the Andújar City Council, the Guardia Civil, the National Police, and the Firefighters, broadening the range of professional opportunities for young people.
Beyond the exhibition, the day was structured around an intensive program of practical activities, organized by the Andújar Chamber of Commerce. Highlights included workshops such as «The importance of image in the CV: photo and video» and the challenge «Company–Dual FP: solutions with young talent», where five companies directly interacted with Dual FP students. There were also speed interviews between companies and students, a workshop on LinkedIn and personal branding, and a Dual FP Kahoot to boost student participation.
The fair concluded with a business lunch titled «Company and Dual FP. Shaping the talent of the future», which brought together representatives from 50 companies in the province, thus strengthening ties between the productive sector and the vocational training system. Complementarily, the Andújar City Council organized workshops on local heritage, an environmental education activity at Cercado de Ciprés, and the screening of the documentary Andalucía salvaje: la tierra del lince ibérico, integrating the city's cultural and environmental offerings into the day's training experience.
