The candidacy, which aims to be decisive in forming the next Government of the Junta de Andalucía, held an event in Los Barrios where the main lines of its program were unveiled. Among the most relevant initiatives is the implementation of the SEZ in locations such as the Port of Algeciras, La Línea, and San Fernando.

The SEZ proposal would not be uniform for the entire province but would adapt to the specific needs of each territory. The need for differentiated fiscal treatment for the Port of Algeciras to compete with Morocco, the particular situation of La Línea with the Schengen border, and the naval industry of San Fernando were mentioned as examples of possible applications.
Other key points of the program include the creation of an autonomous fund for renting vacant homes in the province, incentives for hiring young people under 30 financed by wind energy companies, and the construction of pending infrastructures such as the Gibralmedina dam. Improvements to the autonomous road network, educational centers, and a new health map are also proposed.

Party representatives emphasized their local origin and experience in municipal management, highlighting the importance of having a strong voice in the Andalusian Parliament to address the systematic neglect of the province in areas such as infrastructure, health, and education. A call was made for citizen mobilization to achieve significant representation.
