The new parking facility, located in the lower levels of the Hermanas Mirabal building, at Plaza Real Hospital Segunda Aguada, offers 90 spaces for vehicles and 8 for motorcycles. Once the application period closes, a draw will be held before a notary in mid-September, with the aim of making the parking available in October.
The requirements to apply for one of these rental spaces include being registered as a resident in Cádiz and living within a 200-meter radius of the parking facility. Each household will be allowed to apply for only one space.
The monthly rental prices are set at 78 euros for standard vehicles, 88 euros for larger vehicles, 78 euros for reduced mobility spaces, and 25 euros for motorcycles.
Emasa is currently undertaking refurbishment work at the parking facility, including elevator repairs and access point maintenance. The City Council emphasizes that this project complements other measures implemented in the city to enhance parking availability and protect residents, such as new regulated parking zones and free tactical parking areas at Campo del Cura (78 spaces) and the former Navalips grounds (220 spaces).
