A rear-end collision involving three vehicles has caused significant traffic jams on the AP-4 highway, connecting Seville and Cádiz. The incident occurred before reaching Las Cabezas de San Juan, in the direction of Cádiz. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported, but the three cars are obstructing a lane, necessitating its temporary closure to traffic.
Consequently, traffic has slowed down for over 20 kilometers in the affected section. The General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) reported at 12:30 PM that traffic was slow between kilometers 17 and 40 of the highway, covering the area between Los Palacios and Las Cabezas.
Additionally, slow traffic is reported on the A-49 highway, connecting Seville and Huelva, between kilometers 14 and 25 heading towards Huelva. This Saturday, coinciding with the start of August and the beginning of holidays for many, a high volume of vehicles is heading towards the beaches of the Cádiz and Huelva coasts.
