The 100x100 Unidos party held the presentation of its candidacy and the main lines of its electoral program in Los Barrios, ahead of the Andalusian elections on May 17. The formation aspires to be a key player in the configuration of the next Andalusian Regional Government, with the aim of addressing the specific needs of the province of Cádiz.
Among the most prominent proposals is the creation of a Special Economic Zone (ZEE) in various points of the province, such as the Port of Algeciras, La Línea, and San Fernando. The initiative seeks to offer fiscal advantages adapted to the particularities of each territory, in order to foster competitiveness and economic development.

The ZEE proposal would not be homogeneous for the entire province but would be adapted to the specific needs of each area. For example, the need for differentiated tax treatment for the Port of Algeciras to compete with Morocco, the border situation of La Línea, and the naval industry of San Fernando are mentioned.
Another fundamental pillar of the program is the creation of an autonomous fund for the management of vacant homes in the province of Cádiz. This fund would seek to facilitate the rental of the more than 60,000 unoccupied homes, offering guarantees for rent collection. Additionally, incentives for hiring young people under 30 are proposed, financed by contributions from wind energy companies, and the improvement of pending infrastructures such as the Gibralmedina dam.
The party also proposes a comprehensive improvement of the autonomous road network, the educational center network, and a new health map in the province. Party officials emphasize that their proposals are “concrete solutions” based on municipal management experience.
