These permits are intended for registered residents, homeowners, and garage owners located within the areas affected by traffic restrictions. Interested parties must present their vehicle's circulation permit at the Mobility Service office, located on Cádiz Street, ground floor, from 09:30 to 13:30, Monday to Friday.
For non-residents, owners or tenants of commercial premises or offices who do not meet the requirements of being registered residents or garage owners, access to the restricted zone for loading and unloading will be permitted. This access will be allowed during specific hours, from 7:00 to 11:00.
Additionally, exceptional authorizations will be issued for businesses that require loading and unloading perishable products outside the established hours. These requests must be submitted with justification via the Mobility Service's email address.
The main roads that will have traffic restrictions during the 2026 Horse Fair include Avenida Alcalde Álvaro Domecq (from Plaza del Caballo to Avenida del Ejército), Calle González Gordon, Calle Manuel Bellido, Calle Paseo de la Rosaleda, Calle Córdoba (from Avenida de Las Olimpiadas to Calle Paseo de la Rosaleda), Calle Arturo Paz Varela, Calle Miguel de Unamuno, Avenida de la Feria, Avenida Rafael Alberti (from Avenida de la Feria to Calle Presbiterio Felipe Fernández), and Calle Pablo Neruda (from Avenida de las Olimpiadas to Calle Miguel de Unamuno).
Only service vehicles, registered residents, and homeowners or garage owners with the corresponding card or authorization will be allowed to circulate or park on these streets.
