The incident occurred during a routine inspection conducted by officers at the Provincial Traffic Headquarters of Cadiz. According to the investigation, the suspect arrived at the test using forged documentation to falsely claim the identity of the person scheduled for the exam.
The Traffic Research and Analysis Group (GIAT), part of the Road Safety Investigation Unit (UNIS) of the Civil Guard Traffic Subsector in Cadiz, has initiated proceedings. The individual is being investigated for alleged crimes of identity theft and document forgery.
Police authorities have warned that such fraudulent activities pose a significant risk to road safety, as they allow individuals who have not demonstrated the required knowledge to obtain a driving license illegally.
