Official data indicates that 34.44% of eligible voters in Cádiz had cast their ballots by 2 PM, representing a 3.28% increase compared to the 31.16% recorded in the 2022 elections. Despite this improvement, the province remains second to last in participation among all Andalusian provinces, with Málaga currently showing the lowest at 15.03% as of 11:30 AM.
In the 11:30 AM participation update, Cádiz province already showed a similar trend, with 13.58% of voters, a figure virtually identical to the 13.56% from 2022. At that time, Almería led participation with 16.68%, followed by Córdoba with over 40% by 2 PM.
The 2022 regional elections saw a final participation rate of 58.36% across Andalusia, a slight increase from 2018. In Cádiz, participation in 2022 was 53.08%, up from 52.11% in the previous elections. These percentages traditionally remained below the national average.
