The event, scheduled for 6:30 PM at the Lequerica hall of the Constitución de 1812 Building (also known as La Bomba) on Paseo Carlos III, aims to be a forum where citizens can voice their concerns and directly question political representatives.
Spokespersons from various political parties will participate, presenting their proposals on housing ahead of the upcoming regional elections. Key topics for discussion include uncontrolled touristification and its effects on housing, the creation of public housing stock, the housing models they advocate, and market intervention to address issues such as rental prices, empty homes, and evictions without housing alternatives.
“"The critical situation of some individuals requires a political commitment that guarantees solutions."
Following the parties' presentations, there will be a session for citizens and neighborhood groups, some of whom are assisted by the APDHA due to their vulnerable situations, to express their concerns and ask questions. The event will conclude with a final address from each of the invited political forces.
