The meeting aims to facilitate the exchange of experiences and success stories within public administration. During the sessions, representatives from 22 Ibero-American countries will analyze new methodologies to improve efficiency and the value generated by state institutions.
The initiative seeks to strengthen the city's role as an Ibero-American hub. Working sessions will be held at the Casa de Iberoamérica, focusing on addressing current bureaucratic challenges and the need to implement innovative ideas within the public sector.
“"We are in a world where innovation and new ideas generate value, and it is something no one can escape: companies, universities, and also the State."
In addition to the plenary sessions, the program includes parallel activities such as the Express Ideas Laboratory for an Innovative Cádiz, held at the former Tabacalera Warehouses, where young entrepreneurs presented their visions for local development.
