The call for applications, published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA), allocates a total of 423,943 euros specifically for the province of Cádiz. These grants aim to support business initiatives focused on occupational risk prevention, with an additional 60,666 euros dedicated to strengthening the integration of prevention into business management.
The subsidies are intended to finance projects that improve working conditions, such as the implementation of systems to combat thermal stress through industrial air conditioning or ventilation, the replacement of machinery, the installation of pollutant control systems, or safety adaptations for equipment.
The application period for these grants will remain open for one month from the publication in the BOJA, until July 15th. Applications should preferably be submitted electronically through the Virtual Office of the Ministry. The incentive amounts range from 1,200 to 15,000 euros, potentially covering up to 75% of the investment made.
One line of aid for improvements in facilities and equipment offers between 1,500 and 15,000 euros for preventive improvements. Another line, with aid ranging from 1,200 to 12,000 euros, focuses on integrating prevention into business management, including training programs, ergonomic and psychosocial studies, and R&D+i projects aimed at improving working conditions.
