The municipal program for improving accessibility and repairing urban damage, known as the 'Mejor Acera' Plan, continues its development in San Fernando. Interventions are planned in coordination with neighborhood associations and federations, addressing citizen needs.
Among the ongoing actions, the renovation of a sidewalk section on Eume Street, opposite Sagrada Familia square in the Bazán neighborhood, stands out. On Luis Milena Street, approximately 75 meters of sidewalk have been renewed, and a pedestrian crossing is being adapted to enhance safety and accessibility.
Furthermore, work is underway to replace deteriorated paving stones on General Serrano Street, in the city center. These actions are in addition to those previously carried out in locations such as Villarrubí and Merendero, as well as in neighborhoods like La Pastora, Diputación, and Constitución.
The governing team emphasizes that this program complements major urban transformation projects with daily maintenance interventions, aiming to make the city more accessible, safe, and comfortable.
