The event, starting at 9:30 PM, will feature artistic direction by Ibero Artis Flamenco. The Delegate for Citizen Services, Mª Ángeles Martínez Rico, along with Daniel Torres from Ibero Artis and singers Luis Malena and José María de Alcalá, announced the festival's details.
The lineup includes Salomé Pavón, Luis Malena, Malena Carrasco, and José María de Alcalá on vocals, accompanied on guitar by Luis Carrasco, Miguel Ramos, and Currito Malena. Sevillian dancer María del Mar Montero Morillo will also perform at the opening.
“"The 'Salero en Chiclana' festival will once again bring together the best cast of singers, guitarists, and dancers, who preserve the pure essence of flamenco from our land, although we also incorporate a beautiful fusion."
Mª Ángeles Martínez Rico highlighted that the event will be free, although it will be necessary to collect invitations to attend. Luis Malena expressed his gratitude to the Chiclana City Council, calling the lineup "a fantastic cast of artists" and emphasizing his personal connection to the city.
Daniel Torres recalled the success of the previous edition and the enthusiasm put into its organization, inviting citizens to enjoy the show. José María de Alcalá also conveyed his pleasure in being part of the festival and encouraged attendees to enjoy the best flamenco.
Free invitations, subject to capacity, can be collected at Óptica La Vega, the Football Stadium box office, and the Teatro Moderno.
