Ferias y Sistemas Avanzados SL, a company based in Córdoba, has been selected to assemble the booths for the 2026 Carmen and Sal Fair in San Fernando. This event will maintain its temporary location in Almirante Laulhé Park for the fifth consecutive year, due to ongoing construction work at La Magdalena.
The San Fernando City Council has formalized the award of this contract, which has a maximum budget of 120,975.68 euros. The established unit costs include 26.52 euros per square meter of booth, 20.12 euros per meter of railings, and 303.49 euros per kitchen module.
This award represents a change in management, as in previous years the task had been carried out by Multiservicios Interprovinciales Efímeros SL, which decided to withdraw its offer from the bidding process. The tender was launched in February, after it was confirmed that the fair's return to La Magdalena would not be possible this year and after the purchase of the booths, which the Council seeks to municipalize, was also declared void.
The contract provides for the installation of up to 37 booths of 11 different sizes for the 2026 fair, adapting to the available space in Almirante Laulhé Park. In addition to assembly and disassembly, the agreement includes the installation of the basic structure, enclosure, and tarpaulins. Concurrently, the City Council is managing another contract for the rental of furniture, with a budget of 62,982.92 euros.
