Additionally, the Health and Consumer Affairs department presented the award for the healthiest booth, a distinction that, for the second consecutive year, was given to Peña Tal Como Somos. This award, established in 1999, values hygiene measures in food handling and conservation, as well as the cleanliness and equipment of the booth and its staff.
