The document, which will be open for public consultation for 20 days for potential objections, will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz, the notice board on the City Council's website, and its Transparency Portal.
During the public exhibition period, mandatory reports and those from infrastructure supply companies will be requested. The area covers slightly over 8,000 square meters, entirely designated for residential use, divided into two zones: Isolated Block and Urban Garden. The new road will connect Almadrabero Street, currently a dead end, with La Barrosa Road.
The 12 planned homes are all detached single-family units, with an average plot size exceeding 500 square meters and an average built area of 120 square meters per home. Seven of these homes will form a real estate complex.
The Detail Study was developed based on the 1987 Subsidiary Standards and also complies with and integrates the provisions of the Urban Planning Plan, which has received provisional approval.
