The ‘Chiclana de Cine’ initiative returns this Thursday with the screening of ‘Gladiator 2’, which was postponed last Sunday. This film will be shown on the second track of La Barrosa beach at 10:00 PM. The plot follows Lucio Vero, grandson of Marcus Aurelius, who lives under the pseudonym Hanno in Numidia and is enslaved by the Roman army led by General Acacio. Lucio is bought by Macrinus, who promises him revenge if he wins enough fights to reach the Colosseum.
On Sunday, it will be the turn of ‘Sonic 3’, also at La Barrosa, at 10:00 PM. In this screening, Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails team up to face a new and powerful adversary, Shadow, a mysterious villain with unprecedented powers. The Sonic Team will have to form an unlikely alliance to stop Shadow and protect the planet.
Furthermore, on Monday, ‘Lilo Stitch Remake’ will be screened at the Plaza de las Bodegas at 10:00 PM. This film tells the story of a lonely Hawaiian girl and a fugitive alien who helps her piece together her broken family.
All these films will be screened with Spanish subtitles to facilitate their enjoyment by people with hearing impairments.
