The actions aim to recover and enhance green areas and parks for the enjoyment of all citizens, intervening in different neighborhoods of the town. This was explained by the urban planning councilor, Juan Carlos Canalejo.
The first intervention will focus on the old town, with the rehabilitation of the sports facility on Cascajar Street. The work will include adapting accesses, eliminating architectural barriers, improving pavements, and installing a new multi-sport court.
A second action will take place on Miguel Hernández Street, where a currently disused area will be recovered. Cleaning, land conditioning, creation of green zones, and improvement of the space's urban integration will be carried out.
Finally, Ramón Albín Square will undergo comprehensive rehabilitation. The works include pavement renewal, accessibility improvements, installation of an ornamental dry fountain, placement of health equipment, and creation of a new children's play area.
