The Environment Department of the Villa del Río City Council has announced that, throughout the current week, the Mancomunidad de Caminos is undertaking ditch cleaning and maintenance operations on various municipal roads. The primary goal of these actions is to enhance the conservation status of the roads, facilitate water drainage, and increase safety for all users.
Currently, the work is focused on the provincial road CP-231. Here, workers are removing vegetation and other accumulated debris from the ditches. These efforts are crucial for ensuring the proper functioning of the drainage system and maintaining the road in the best possible condition.
These tasks are part of the regular conservation program for the municipality's network of roads and paths. They significantly contribute to preventing incidents and maintaining rural access routes, ensuring their usability and safety.
