The skiing day at Sierra Nevada was interrupted by a rare natural spectacle. A group of wild horses descended one of the slopes, drawing the gaze of those present, who did not hesitate to pause their activities to capture the moment with their devices.
Such encounters, though not unprecedented, always cause astonishment. A ski instructor, a resident of Maracena and a regular at the resort, expressed her surprise at the scene, noting that while horses have been seen before, the size of the group and the location of the sighting were unusual.
“"It was around 12 noon, in the lower area of Borreguiles, where the chairlifts are located, and the truth is I don't know where they came from."
The incident occurred in the lower area of Borreguiles, near the chairlifts, around midday. The presence of these animals in such a busy environment as a ski resort during peak season generated a mix of curiosity and admiration among visitors.
