The municipality of Órgiva will be dressed up this weekend to host one of its most deeply rooted festivities: the Festival of Crosses. The Department of Culture and Festivals of the Órgiva Town Council has coordinated the participation of fourteen groups and individuals who have applied to join the cross competition, designing their creations in various parts of the town.
As usual, the Town Council has prepared a detailed map with the itinerary and location of all participating crosses, making it easier for both residents and visitors to fully enjoy the celebration. The crosses will be installed in streets, squares, building interiors, and shops, contributing to a festive and family-friendly atmosphere throughout the municipality.

A judging panel, composed of representatives from municipal groups, will be responsible for evaluating the creations. It has been announced that there will be prizes for all participating crosses, recognizing the effort and dedication of those who contribute to keeping this important cultural tradition alive in Órgiva.
