The competition, part of the Almería Fair's events, took place throughout the day, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Participation exceeded expectations, with players from local clubs such as Mercapinturas Almería, Vícar, and Alborán de Adra, as well as participants from various Spanish towns and Gibraltar.
The tournament, which included individual and doubles categories, hosted a total of 197 matches. In the individual categories, Marco Pérez (Mercapinturas Almería) secured victory in the Benjamin category, while Thomas Jessen (Gibraltar) triumphed in the Alevín. Other individual winners included Moisés Sánchez (Mercapinturas Almería) in Infantil, Hernán Navarro (Mercapinturas Almería) in Juvenil, Gloria García (Mercapinturas Almería) in Absolute D, José Francisco García (Mercapinturas Almería) in Absolute C, Toni Fuentes (Palma de Mallorca) in Absolute B, and Asier Torres (Mercapinturas Almería) in Absolute A.
In the doubles category, the pair formed by Pelayo Vázquez and Álvaro Fernández (Mercapinturas Almería) won the Alevín category. Jorge Balsalobre and Moisés Sánchez (Las Torres de Cotillas / Mercapinturas Almería) took first place in Cadete. Manu Torres and Lucía Sánchez (Mercapinturas Almería) won the C doubles, Ramel Gonzales and Cielo Gonzales (Gibraltar) the B doubles, and Fernando Carrillo and Eliezer Fernández (Mercapinturas Almería) the A doubles.
