An alarming accident occurred at 7:00 AM this Wednesday on Institución street in Almería, when a car crashed into the metal fence located next to a bus stop shelter, in front of La Abadía pub.
According to the 112 emergency service of Andalusia, the alert was received early in the morning. Following a citizen's report, the Almería Local Police were dispatched to the scene of the incident.
Despite the evident material damage to the front of the silver vehicle and the pedestrian infrastructure, 112 confirmed that no injuries were reported.
The accident scene, which has been shared on social media, has been linked by some citizens to "effects of a crazy night at the fair," according to comments on groups like 'Almería Postureo'.
After police authorities secured the area, the incident resulted in material damage only, with no personal consequences.
