Pulpí Launches Extensive Hiking Program Across Andalusia and Murcia Until December

The Pulpí Town Council and the “No estoy pa ná” Hiking Club have organized routes exploring landscapes in Almería, Granada, Córdoba, and Murcia, starting on April 12.

The Pulpí Town Council, in collaboration with the “No estoy pa ná” Hiking Club, has unveiled an ambitious calendar of hiking routes extending from April 12 through December, covering various Andalusian provinces and the region of Murcia.

This program invites nature enthusiasts to explore some of the most iconic natural sites in the province of Almería, as well as other prominent destinations in Andalusia and Murcia. The initiative aims to promote physical activity and appreciation for the natural environment.
The first excursions are scheduled for April, beginning with a visit to the Acequias del Río route in Fondón on the 12th, followed by a trek through the Sierra Almagrera de Cuevas del Almanzora on April 26. May will feature a weekend in Córdoba from the 1st to the 3rd, a route through the Calblanque Natural Park in Portmán (Murcia) on the 17th, and the Senda de El Bayo - Embalse Camarillas in Calasparra (also in Murcia) on the 31st.
In June, there are two scheduled dates: the 7th for the Sendero la Hidroeléctrica in Laujar de Andarax and the 14th for the Senda del Agua y Castañar in Paterna del Río. Summer will include night hiking in San Juan de los Terreros on July 24 and August 28. September will feature routes on the 13th through the Puerto de La Ragua - Chullo and on the 20th for the diestas de San Miguel de Pulpí.
The program will continue with a weekend in Granada from October 10 to 12, the Sendero de las Menas de Serón on November 29, and will conclude with the solidarity route “Las Migas” in Pulpí on December 13.
Participation in these hiking and community events costs 10 euros for residents registered in Pulpí and 13 euros for other participants. The price includes transportation, certified guides, and travel insurance. Registrations can be made through the links provided on the Pulpí Town Council's website.
