Since its launch in 2010, the Nissan Juke has captivated over 1.5 million customers across Europe. Now, Nissan is preparing for a radical transformation, focusing on electric vehicles and moving away from combustion engines. The new model, which will be available at dealerships in Huercal de Almería, El Ejido, and Vera, promises a bold and completely redesigned exterior.
The revealed images show a significant shift in the Juke's aesthetic. Traditional curved lines have been replaced by straight, angular strokes that cover the entire bodywork. The hexagonal shape of the front headlights stands out, as does the absence of completely smooth surfaces, giving the vehicle a daring and modern appearance.
Among the most striking design details are a higher waistline on the rear doors, which reduces the glass surface, and the door handle recessed into the frame. The roof panel integrates with the front fender, and the peculiar wheel arches and taillights also feature a distinctive style. Even the model's badge on the rear is positioned unusually, setting it apart from other manufacturers.
The new Nissan JUKE will be manufactured at the Sunderland plant in the UK and is expected to be larger and more spacious than its predecessors. It will share the CMF EV platform with other electric models from the alliance, such as the Renault Megane E-Tech Electric, the Scenic E-Tech Electric, and the Nissan Ariya. While only the exterior has been shown so far, more details about its interior and features are expected to be revealed in the coming months.
