Every Friday, La Voz de Almería, in collaboration with SER Almería and Aceite Almazara Laujar Oliva, offers a healthy menu proposal. This initiative, developed with the help of Nutripharma, aims to promote well-being through diet, incorporating regional products.
For this Friday, May 29th, the menu includes a breakfast of coffee with milk and whole wheat toast with Iberian ham, followed by a mid-morning snack of cashews. Lunch features cooked potato with cooked carrot, peas, and chicken strips, prepared with onion, garlic, pepper, and cooked chickpeas.
The offering is completed with a pineapple snack and a light dinner of green asparagus sautéed with Iberian ham. The preparations are designed to be simple and nutritious, making the most of the ingredients' flavors.
