Operated by the American cruise line Windstar Cruises, the ship departed on April 4 from the Netherlands Antilles. Its route across the Atlantic has included stops in the Azores Islands, Lisbon, and Cádiz, prior to its current position in Gibraltar.
Following its stop in Almería, the Wind Surf will continue its Mediterranean itinerary, visiting the ports of Cartagena and Palma de Mallorca. The transatlantic voyage is set to conclude next Sunday, April 26, in Barcelona.
