The primary objective of this reinforcement is to ensure the protection of attendees and safeguard public and private property within the fairgrounds and during the various scheduled activities.
The contract's coverage will extend beyond the festival days, encompassing the periods before and after the celebration. Guards will oversee organizational events and the dismantling and clearing tasks.
The service will be provided by an authorized company with uniformed, unarmed guards, duly identified and approved by the Ministry of the Interior. Their duties will include access control, reconnaissance patrols, surveillance of municipal premises and authorized facilities, and guarding the parking area for fair vendors' caravans.
Private security personnel will be obligated to prevent the commission of criminal acts. If a crime is detected, they must immediately hand over the individuals involved and any obtained evidence to the Security Forces and Corps, without conducting any interrogations. They will also collaborate with support services such as firefighters, civil protection, and medical teams during emergencies.
