The center of Almería is preparing for a new commercial boost with the reopening of businesses in areas that had previously seen closures. A notable example is the return of brands that had left the city, such as McDonald's on Paseo de Almería.
Following this trend, the upcoming opening of 'El Señor Miyagi', a store specializing in 'friki' culture, has been announced in a central location on Plaza de San Pedro. This establishment closed its previous location on Rueda López street in 2023.
The new premises, located at number 11 Plaza de San Pedro, just a few meters from Paseo de Almería, will specialize in the sale of collectible items, 'geek' culture products, Funko figures, manga, anime, and original gifts.
After three years away from the heart of the city, the brand returns to an area that already concentrates several similar themed shops, creating what could be considered a 'golden mile' for 'friki' world enthusiasts in Almería.
