The Popular Party (PP) has emerged as the winner in the province of Almería in the regional elections, securing six seats. This result mirrors that obtained in the 2022 elections, consolidating their presence in the region.
For its part, Vox positions itself as the second political force in the province, also achieving three seats, an identical figure to that obtained four years ago. The party has garnered 23.71% of the electoral support.
The Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) drops to third place, although it retains its three deputies for Almería. However, its percentage of votes stands at 22.10%.
The Por Andalucía coalition, which groups IU and Podemos along with other left-wing formations, has failed to secure parliamentary representation for Almería, obtaining 3.53% of the votes. Similarly, Adelante Andalucía has also not managed to secure a seat, with 3.04% of the ballots cast.
Voter turnout in the province reached 61.49%, resulting in an abstention rate of 38.50%.
