Burgos CF's sporting director, Michu, has confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Bruno Iribarne, who arrives to reinforce the position and compete with Ander Cantero. The young player, aged 21, leaves UD Almería in search of more game time after having participated in few matches with the first team.
Iribarne, who came through Real Madrid's youth academy and was part of Almería's runner-up U19 generation in Spain, moved to Almería B and later combined training with the first team. In the last season, he remained exclusively with goalkeepers Andrés Fernández and Fernando Martínez.
Standing at 1.91 meters tall, Bruno Iribarne arrives at El Plantío to compete for a starting spot. The agreement between the clubs was finalized in the last few hours, with only documentation remaining. Almería secures a percentage of any future sale of the player.

The Burgos club, which narrowly missed out on the promotion Play-Off last season, acquires a goalkeeper with the potential to continue in the silver category.
