With less than three months until the official start of the Almería Fair, the details of its Bullfighting Fair will be revealed. The incorporation of José G. Olivencia to the management of the capital's Bullring, promoted by Funtausa, aims to bring bullfighting closer to society. Therefore, bullfighting enthusiasts have been invited to attend the presentation this Friday, May 29th, at 9:00 PM.
The event will take place at Los Corrales, a venue with deep bullfighting roots in the city. It is expected that this presentation will outline the strategy for a fair designed to regain appeal and audience, focusing on this year's corridas while aiming to grow in subscribers and posters to recover its lost splendor.
Attendees will learn about the events that will make up the Bullfighting Fair at the end of August. This edition seeks to strengthen Almería's role in the Andalusian bullfighting calendar and highlight the tradition of the bullring on Avenida de Vílches. Olivencia is promoting a fair that combines tradition and renewal, with a special focus on attracting young audiences, considered key for the future of the spectacle, without losing the unique identity of the Almería bullring.
