Almería's fanbase demonstrated their commitment to the team by undertaking a massive displacement to Granada, turning the match at Los Cármenes into a true red and white celebration. From early morning, numerous fans began their journey, aware of the game's importance for direct promotion to La Liga.
The football atmosphere was palpable in the Granadian capital long before kick-off. A caravan of vehicles adorned with Almería's colors approached the stadium, while nearby bars filled with chants and a constant stream of Almerian supporters created an atmosphere of anticipation and unconditional support.
Approximately an hour and a half before hostilities began, nearly a thousand people gathered on Avenida Salvador Allende to welcome the team bus. Amidst smoke and shouts of encouragement, the conviction that this is the year to return to the top flight was evident, strengthening the unity among all Almerians.
Ultimately, nearly 2,000 Almería fans occupied various sections of the Nuevo Los Cármenes Stadium, selling out the 600 tickets allocated to the away sector in a matter of minutes. This massive presence highlighted the healthy rivalry between both clubs and the fervor of a fanbase that continues to support its team regardless of the circumstances.
