The event, held in the province of Almería, marked the return of this competition format after a decade-long absence in the area. The gathering served to select the first qualifiers who will compete in the National Final, scheduled for March 6, 2027, in Tenerife.
Throughout the day, various artists demonstrated their technical and creative skills in direct head-to-head battles. The jury evaluated the performances, highlighting the level of the MCs who secured their spots for the upcoming national event.
The competition will continue on July 18 at the Zaragoza Congress Palace, where the second and final regional event will take place. This stage will determine the final list of contenders competing for the national title this year.
