Officers from the Local Police of Albolote recently intervened with an individual displaying an "unusual attitude" next to an ATM of a bank. The action was prompted by a neighbor's alert regarding a man with strange behavior who appeared to be carrying a large knife.
Upon arrival, police officers confirmed the report. The man was found to be carrying not only a large knife but also a smaller one and a small saw. Given the situation, and prioritizing public safety, the officers secured the area and confiscated the dangerous objects.
As a result of the intervention, a complaint was filed against the individual for an infraction of Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Citizen Security. The infraction pertains to carrying potentially dangerous objects in public that could pose a risk to the safety of pedestrians.
