The infrastructure, which has an execution period of 18 months, has received unanimous support from all political groups in the City Council. The work will allow for the completion of a cultural facility whose structure and foundation date back to a project started in 2005, thereby optimizing previous public investment through reinforcements and expansions.
The tender, now available on the Public Sector Contracting Platform, includes not only the building's construction but also the necessary urbanization works for its proper integration. The design, supervised by the Provincial Council of Granada, aims to provide the town with a modern and accessible space for large-scale performances.
The award procedure will evaluate various technical criteria, such as the reduction of construction times, the extension of warranties, and the qualification of technical staff, in addition to the economic offer. Interested companies have until July 27, 2026, to submit their proposals.
